For purposes of our Lowest Price Guarantee program, our package price includes the room and all gifts and services listed. Provided you meet all of the conditions herein, we will honor the lower package price found on the other website. No price adjustment will be processed for any reservation for which payment in full is not received. 


The terms of our Lowest Price Guarantee program do not apply to the following rates or offers which may be found on another website. Only offers found on US based websites will apply.  Any special rates that are available only to members of special programs or membership clubs, rates available to those required to login into a site and provide a password, corporate rates, special event rates, convention/group rates, wholesale rates, affinity/ association/government rates, rates that require coupon/certificate redemption, rates that are part of a travel package, or bundle which includes more than hotel accommodations, such as parking, meals, entertainment, etc. Package rates offered without the specific hotel and location being disclosed until the consumer completes the booking process or any other special or promotional offers or discounts.

Offer void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to modify, alter, suspend, or terminate our Lowest Price Guarantee program at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right in our solediscretion to disqualify any individual or entity found to be tampering with our Lowest Price Guarantee process or operation of the program, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or in a fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive manner. Any claim that is determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, or is otherwise determined to be fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive, in our sole discretion, will not be honored and will be disqualified and denied automatically without further communication with consumer.

No cash or other substitution, transfer or assignment of a Lowest Price Guarantee rate will be permitted.

If you find a lower package price on another website, send us an email within 48 hours of booking your original package reservation with the following information:

1. Your name, address, telephone number, email and SeePigeonForge.com booking number.

2. Copy of other offer from website with date and time stamp.

3. The URL of the site you found it along with the page link.

After we verify the information, we'll refund you the difference!
